QUESTIONS ABOUT W-2s?

If you were employed by Grassroots Campaigns, Inc., during 2010:
W-2 forms will be mailed via regular post by January 25, 2011. All W-2 forms will be sent to the address we currently have on file. This is the address that you provided when filling out tax forms upon being hired.

If you have moved since filling out tax forms:
Please send an e-mail to taxes@grassrootscampaigns.com with your name, updated address, and a phone number in case we need to get in touch with you. If you do not have access to e-mail, you may send a fax to (617) 482-6885 or mail a letter to:

We cannot guarantee any address change received after January 20. However, we will be able to update your file, allowing us to immediately send the W-2 to a corrected address if it is later returned to us.

If you have not received your W-2 by February 15th, or believe there is an error:
Please send an e-mail to taxes@grassrootscampaigns.com with your name, address, and phone number as well as the office where you worked. You may also use the fax or mailing address above.
